Terms & Conditions
By booking with Sugar Rush Rentals, the customer ("Renter") agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment
A completed booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by Sugar Rush Rentals.
A 50% deposit may be required to reserve equipment for your event date. Remaining balances are due no later than 48 hours prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sugar Rush Rentals reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
2. Rental Period
Standard rentals include up to 6 hours of event time unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated in advance. Extended rental times may be available for an additional charge.
The Renter is responsible for ensuring equipment remains accessible during the agreed pickup window.
3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Sugar Rush Rentals provides delivery, setup, basic operating instructions, and pickup for all rentals.
Equipment will be tested prior to or during setup to confirm proper operation.
The Renter must provide a reasonably safe and accessible setup location. Additional fees may apply for excessive stairs, long carrying distances, difficult terrain, or other unusual setup conditions.
4. Power Requirements
The Renter is responsible for providing adequate electrical power for rented equipment.
A dedicated grounded 110V outlet is required for each machine.
Generators must be approved by Sugar Rush Rentals prior to use. Sugar Rush Rentals is not responsible for equipment performance issues caused by overloaded circuits, inadequate power supply, extension cords, or improper generator use.
5. Equipment Use
Rented equipment must be operated only as instructed.
Equipment may not be moved, altered, disassembled, or used for any unlawful purpose.
For safety and sanitation reasons, only approved mixes and products should be used in the machines.
6. Customer Responsibility
The Renter accepts responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
The Renter agrees to exercise reasonable care to prevent damage, theft, misuse, vandalism, or unsafe operation.
Children should be supervised around all equipment.
7. Cleaning
Sugar Rush Rentals handles standard post-event cleaning and sanitation.
The Renter is expected to reasonably care for the equipment during use and remove excessive trash, spills, or foreign objects prior to pickup.
Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply for excessive messes, misuse, negligence, unauthorized products, or damage caused during the rental period.
8. Outdoor Events & Weather
Equipment may be used outdoors only in suitable weather conditions and on stable surfaces.
Outdoor setups require adequate overhead cover, such as a tent or covered patio area, to protect equipment from direct sunlight, rain, and other weather conditions.
Machines must be protected from rain, standing water, excessive dust, and other hazardous conditions.
Sugar Rush Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup or discontinue operation if conditions are deemed unsafe for guests, operators, or equipment.
Weather-related cancellations may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Damage, Theft & Loss
The Renter agrees to be financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by negligence, misuse, improper power supply, theft, vandalism, or unauthorized relocation of equipment.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged as necessary.
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 14–30 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund or transferable event credit at the discretion of Sugar Rush Rentals.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
Sugar Rush Rentals will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sugar Rush Rentals shall not be held liable for interruptions caused by power failure, weather conditions, venue restrictions, misuse of equipment, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The Renter assumes responsibility for the safe use of all rented equipment during the event.
12. Service Area & Availability
Service availability, delivery fees, and setup charges may vary based on location, timing, accessibility, and event requirements.
Sugar Rush Rentals reserves the right to adjust pricing for long-distance deliveries, holiday weekends, difficult setups, or special accommodations.
13. Agreement
By submitting a booking request or accepting delivery of rental equipment, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
